Dispute Resolution
The Firm represents and advises the clients (natural and juridical persons) in disputes before civil, criminal and administrative courts, including proceedings before the Italian Supreme Court (Corte di Cassazione) and the Italian Administrative Supreme Court (Consiglio di Stato).
Dispute resolution is historically one of the Firm’s key areas, considering that since 1898 the Firm has been pleading cases before the Italian Courts and that it is currently assisting more than hundreds pending lawsuits.
